Terms of service

Purpose

These terms govern the use of Neivup, an online service for enhancing, compressing and optimizing videos, as well as its subscriptions and credit purchases. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to create multiple accounts to bypass limits or rewards.

Credits, subscriptions and payment

Jobs consume credits. Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) and credit purchases are paid via Stripe. Subscription credits renew according to your plan; one-off purchased credits do not expire.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; access stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Except where required by law, credits already used are non-refundable.

Referral program

Referral rewards the user when their referral becomes a customer. Any fraudulent use (fake accounts, self-referral) leads to cancellation of rewards and, where applicable, closure of the account.

Creator program (pay per view)

The program pays for validated views on submitted videos, according to a rate shown in the app. Views are checked manually; views deemed illegitimate (fraud, bought views, bots) are excluded. Payment occurs above a minimum threshold, per the stated terms. Neivup reserves the right to adjust or end the program.

Content and ownership

You remain the owner of the videos you send. You grant us a license strictly limited to their technical processing. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights and agree not to send illegal content or content infringing third-party rights.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We strive to keep it available but do not guarantee complete absence of interruption. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You can request deletion of your account at any time, from the Support section of your dashboard or at contact@neivup.com. We handle the request within the one-month period set by the GDPR. We may suspend or close an account in case of violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, unless a mandatory provision states otherwise.
